LAUNCH OF ABSOLUT TUNE!
Picture stepping off the elevator to the penthouse floor of one of the chicest hotels in Meatpacking and being enveloped in a sea of gold glittery strips blowing from the walls. That’s what I stepped into last night! As I inched closer into the venue of The Boom Boom room and Le Bain I was floored by the decor and how each room greatly differed in design from one another! The Boom Boom room was warm and golden from the warm tones on the walls, dim lights, & shiny bottles of Absolut tune!

Le Bain was dark and mysterious with red candles and a sparkly plexiglass staged that sat below oversized sparkly chandeliers.
Samantha Ronson
As Samantha Ronson spinned throwback 90s hits from DMX, YESSS DMX and other oldies but goodies my friends and I danced the night away in celebration of the launh of Absolut Tune cocktails such as ‘Bubbly Flower’ or ‘Chilled Tune’.
Waiters graciously handed out miniature grilled cheeses, fruit tarts, and Nutella crepe a along with the signature drinks-pure heaven!

Last but CERTAINLY not least I met two of the most amazing designers Richard Chai & Thakoon!! I remember interning at Karla Otto earlier this year and handling Thakoon’s garments, shipping them to publications and stylist for editorials and celebrities! Now I can say I met him! Both were so nice and gracious, wishing me luck with my blog! I was honored to be in their presence and hope to one day attend their runway shows! All in all it was a great night of legendary moments that I plan to make more of ;)
